Im so sad!

I loved this game so much and got up to level 15, I had just bought my 2nd horse and all of the sudden the game crashed, and started over completely. Now Im back to level 1, and I have no clue why! Im so angry because I spent hours and hours working on this game and all of my work is gone because of some glitch.
